1. Acceptance of terms 1. Prihvatanje uslova
By using the Važi application you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the application.
Korišćenjem aplikacije Važi prihvatate ove uslove korišćenja. Ako se ne slažete sa uslovima, ne koristite aplikaciju.
2. Service description 2. Opis usluge
Važi is a voice assistant that enables blind, visually impaired, and elderly users to access digital functions through voice commands. Features include making calls, sending messages, reading news, medication recognition via camera, weather forecasts, navigation, and SOS function.
Važi je glasovni asistent koji omogućava slepim, slabovidim i starijim korisnicima pristup digitalnim funkcijama putem govornih komandi. Funkcije obuhvataju pozivanje, slanje poruka, čitanje vesti, prepoznavanje lekova kamerom, vremensku prognozu, navigaciju i SOS funkciju.
3. Subscription model 3. Model pretplate
The application is offered on a freemium model. Basic features are free with monthly usage limits. The Basic subscription costs 999 RSD per month, the Premium subscription 1499 RSD per month. Billing is processed through the Google Play Store. Emergency features, including calls, SMS, location access, and SOS function, are available without restrictions regardless of subscription status. Subscriptions auto-renew, the user may cancel at any time through Google Play settings.
Aplikacija se nudi po freemium modelu. Osnovne funkcije su besplatne sa mesečnim limitima korišćenja. Basic pretplata košta 999 RSD mesečno, Premium pretplata 1499 RSD mesečno. Naplata se vrši preko Google Play prodavnice. Hitne funkcije, pozivi, slanje SMS-a, pristup lokaciji i SOS funkcija, dostupne su bez ograničenja bez obzira na status pretplate. Pretplata se obnavlja automatski, korisnik je može otkazati u svakom trenutku preko Google Play postavki.
4. No user account 4. Bez korisničkog naloga
Važi does not require registration or creation of a user account. The application is tied to the user's device. Changing devices or uninstalling the application results in loss of local settings. Subscription status is transferred through the user's Google Play account.
Važi ne zahteva registraciju niti kreiranje korisničkog naloga. Aplikacija je vezana za uređaj korisnika. Promenom uređaja ili brisanjem aplikacije gube se lokalna podešavanja. Status pretplate se prenosi preko korisničkog Google Play naloga.
5. Emergency feature usage 5. Korišćenje hitnih funkcija
The SOS function is not a substitute for official emergency services. In a life-threatening situation, the user should primarily call 112 or 194. Važi provides an additional layer of assistance but does not guarantee real-time response.
SOS funkcija aplikacije nije zamena za zvaničnu službu hitne pomoći. U slučaju životne opasnosti, korisnik treba prvenstveno da pozove broj 112 ili 194. Važi pruža dodatni nivo pomoći ali ne garantuje odziv u realnom vremenu.
6. Limitation of liability 6. Ograničenje odgovornosti
The application is provided as is. Nikola Repija, as the developer, is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the application. The medication recognition feature serves as an aid to the user and does not replace advice from a physician or pharmacist.
Aplikacija se isporučuje takva kakva jeste. Nikola Repija kao razvijač aplikacije ne odgovara za posrednu štetu koja proističe iz korišćenja aplikacije. Funkcija prepoznavanja lekova služi kao pomoć korisniku, ne zamenjuje savet lekara ili farmaceuta.
7. Intellectual property 7. Intelektualna svojina
All intellectual property rights to the Važi application, including the name, logo, design, source code, and content, belong to the author Nikola Repija. The "Važi" trademark is registered with the Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Serbia.
Sva prava intelektualne svojine na aplikaciji Važi, uključujući naziv, logo, dizajn, izvorni kod i sadržaj, pripadaju autoru Nikoli Repiji. Žig "Važi" je prijavljen kod Zavoda za intelektualnu svojinu Republike Srbije.
8. User obligations 8. Korisničke obaveze
The user agrees to use the application in accordance with the law and not to attempt reverse engineering, copying, or distribution without permission.
Korisnik se obavezuje da aplikaciju koristi u skladu sa zakonom i da ne pokušava da je reverzno inženjeruje, kopira ili distribuira bez dozvole.
9. Governing law 9. Merodavno pravo
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes are resolved by the competent court in Belgrade.
Ovi uslovi korišćenja podležu zakonima Republike Srbije. Sporove rešava nadležni sud u Beogradu.
